President Luong Cuong witnessed the aircraft handover signing ceremony between Boeing and VietjetAir

On the morning of September 21 local time (night of September 21 Hanoi time), within the framework of bilateral activities in Seattle (USA), President Luong Cuong and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation attended the handover ceremony of the first Boeing 737 MAX aircraft between Boeing Corporation and Vietjet Air. This aircraft is part of Vietjet's order of 200 aircraft worth 32 billion USD with Boeing.

The Boeing 737 MAX aircraft handover ceremony took place on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the normalization of Vietnam-US relations. The event is not only an important milestone in the cooperation between Vietjet and Boeing but also a vivid demonstration of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, contributing to promoting trade, investment and creating hundreds of thousands of jobs in the US.
