Agribank Phu Yen Branch's grassroots union currently has 319 union members, operating in 11 member grassroots unions and 28 union groups.

During the period of 2023 - 2025, the grassroots trade union has promoted its role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; actively coordinated with professionals to build a united, civilized, and effective working environment.

Mr. Bui Manh Khai, Deputy Head of Social Policy - Emulation - Propaganda Department - Agribank Trade Union presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

Emulation movement activities associated with professional tasks have been widely deployed, bringing practical results. The total capital of the branch as of September 30, 2025 increased by VND 3,841 billion, equivalent to an increase of 29.7% compared to the beginning of the term; total outstanding loans increased by VND 3,802 billion, equivalent to an increase of 32% compared to the beginning of the term.

Many movements such as "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at banking, good at housework", "Green - clean - beautiful cultural agency" are maintained effectively, contributing to improving productivity and work quality.

During the past term, the Agribank Phu Yen Branch Trade Union coordinated with professional and mass organizations to implement many social security activities with a total budget of more than 18.9 billion VND, of which the trade union fund contributed 4.1 billion VND.

The program "Warm Spring Tet" is maintained annually, giving more than 9,000 gifts to poor households and disadvantaged families in the province.

Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Agribank Trade Union, Phu Yen Branch, term 2025 - 2030.

Women's work and the movement "Good at banking, good at housework" are widely implemented, every year over 85% of female union members achieve the title "Two-good women".

The work of developing union members and building a strong union organization has been focused on. During the past term, 41 new union members were admitted; 30 outstanding union members were introduced for the Party to consider, of which 19 union members were admitted to the Party.

The Congress discussed and approved the orientation for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, the Agribank Phu Yen Branch Trade Union continues to innovate the content and methods of operation; care for and protect the rights of union members; improve the capacity of union officials; build a professional and humane working environment; contribute to the successful implementation of the branch's business tasks.

The Executive Committee of the Agribank Phu Yen Branch Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to the congress.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Agribank Phu Yen Branch's Grassroots Trade Union for the 11th term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 9 members; Mr. Truong Van Vu, Deputy Director of Agribank Phu Yen Branch, was elected as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
