In the first 10 months of 2025, the province's socio -economic situation achieved many positive results in all fields. Agricultural production developed stably; productivity, output and value of key products all increased compared to the same period last year.

The industrial production index in October is estimated to increase by 15.8% over the same period, and the cumulative increase in 10 months is 12.3%. Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in October is estimated to reach nearly 16,685 billion VND (up 14.2% over the same period), the cumulative increase in 10 months is estimated to reach more than 155,527 billion VND (equal to 85.3% of the plan, up 14.1% over the same period).
Total export turnover in October is estimated at 268 million USD (up 85.3% over the same period), accumulated in 10 months is estimated at more than 2.6 billion USD (equal to 116.8% of the plan, up 42% over the same period). Total state budget revenue in October reached 1,825 billion VND, accumulated in 10 months of 2025 reached 13,966 billion VND (equal to 104.24% of the central budget estimate and 85.63% of the provincial budget estimate, up 24.94% over the same period).

The cultural and social fields are implemented synchronously and effectively. Labor, employment, social security and people's health care are guaranteed. Education, culture, sports, information and communication have many positive changes. Political security and social order and safety are maintained, creating a stable environment for development.
Regarding the expected results of implementing the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025, out of 17 main targets, 2 targets exceeded the plan; 8 targets met the plan; 2 targets partially completed the plan; 4 targets did not meet the plan; only the target on administrative reform has not been announced.

The conference also approved the contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee members, including: Draft Report on the results of implementing the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025 and directions and tasks in 2026; Draft Submission of the Provincial People's Committee on the proposal to approve the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2026; Draft Report of the Provincial People's Committee on the results of implementing the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2021 - 2025 and the expected 5-year Plan 2026 - 2030; Draft Report of the Provincial People's Committee on environmental protection work in the province in 2025; Draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulation on coordination in conducting surveys, collecting information, determining prices of construction materials to serve the announcement of prices of construction materials and construction equipment in the province.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan requested departments, branches, localities, especially leaders to further promote the sense of responsibility, coordinate closely, resolutely and flexibly in management; focus on synchronously and effectively implementing key task groups and solutions. In particular, continue to review the results of implementing targets and plans for 2025, especially low-achieved targets to have specific solutions to restore and develop in order to achieve the set targets and plans. At the same time, focus on accelerating site clearance and construction progress of key projects of the province; speed up disbursement of public investment capital, absolutely not losing capital for capital sources with disbursement deadlines in 2025.
It is necessary to closely monitor weather developments and proactively and promptly implement natural disaster prevention and control work in 2025. Manage and protect irrigation works; inspect reservoirs, irrigation works, boat mooring areas, and residential areas at risk of landslides that affect people's lives to have specific plans to ensure safety.
In addition, it is necessary to proactively grasp the situation, ensure security, social order and safety, especially in key areas and border areas; and promptly prevent complicated problems from arising.
