President Luong Cuong attends the 80th Anniversary of Military Region 3's Traditional Day
On the morning of October 28, 2025, in Hai Phong, a solemn ceremony was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2025) and to receive the First Class Fatherland Protection Medal. President Luong Cuong, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, along with leaders and former leaders of the Party and State attended the ceremony.
