The President stated that, upon arriving in Hanoi, the capital city with a thousand years of cultural heritage, delegates would feel the interplay between tradition and modernity, between the enduring values of history and the dynamic pace of the times. Today's Hanoi embodies the vitality of innovation and creativity, and the aspiration to rise in the digital age.

The President emphasized that, with the memorable moments of the signing ceremony, the Hanoi Convention has become a new milestone in Vietnam's integration journey and in Hanoi itself, where the past is preserved, the present is connected, and the future is unfolding through technology and knowledge.

Pointing out that today, when the world is connected by billions of links, but trust remains the strongest "wireless signal" that binds them all together, the President believes that, behind all negotiation efforts and beyond all legal terms, the most valuable thing that remains is sincerity, trust, and friendship.
