Chairman of Nghe An province urges disbursement of public investment capital for nearly 150 projects

Information from Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has signed a decision to assign monitoring, direction and urging the progress of disbursement of public investment projects across the province.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province specifically assigned the Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee to be in charge of nearly 150 public investment projects, including transitional projects, new construction projects, recovery of advanced capital and national target programs.

The QL7 upgrade project is 27.5km long with a total investment of more than 1,300 billion VND.

Requesting the Provincial Vice Chairmen to inspect the scene to promptly remove difficulties, urge progress and ensure the disbursement rate reaches over 95% of the assigned plan in 2025.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Directors of departments, branches and localities to proactively coordinate to resolve arising problems; prioritize administrative procedure reform, and quickly process documents related to public investment projects.

The Department of Finance is responsible for ensuring adequate capital and promptly updating information for disbursement. The State Treasury of Nghe An province is assigned to guide investors in preparing payment documents in accordance with regulations and promptly handling procedural problems.

People's Committees of districts, cities and towns must focus on resolving site clearance, compensation, resettlement support and handing over site on schedule.

Investors and project management boards need to quickly complete procedures, speed up construction implementation, increase site inspections, mobilize machinery and human resources to speed up progress, and ensure timely capital disbursement.

The Decision clearly states that the results of public investment capital disbursement are an important basis for assessing the level of task completion in 2025 of sectors, localities, leaders and related individuals.

Specifically: Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Thanh An monitors and directs 10 transitional projects and 2 new projects; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long is in charge of 25 transitional projects and 14 new projects; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien monitors 2 completed projects, 9 projects recovering advanced capital, 46 transitional projects and 4 new projects starting construction; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De is in charge of 6 projects recovering advanced capital, 26 transitional projects and 1 new project starting construction; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thanh Vinh directs the implementation of 2 national target programs on sustainable poverty reduction and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
