LPBank Securities becomes the main sponsor of the 2025/26 National Cup

VHO - On September 9 in Hanoi, LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company (LPBS) officially signed an agreement to become the main sponsor of the LPBank Securities National Cup 2025/26. The event marked a strategic cooperation step between LPBS, Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) and FPT Group, opening up opportunities to improve the quality of the tournament as well as develop Vietnamese football in the new period.

The signing ceremony took place at LPBank Tower with the presence of representatives of the Department of Sports and Physical Training, leaders of LPBS, VPF, FPT Play and many media agencies.

According to the agreement, LPBS will accompany VPF to ensure financial resources for the 2025/26 National Cup, while contributing to enhancing the image of the tournament, aiming to build a more attractive playground for clubs, players and fans.

On the FPT Corporation side, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh – Chairman of FPT Telecom – emphasized that the cooperation between LPBS, VPF and FPT Play will bring many innovations in the football viewing experience of fans. VAR technology continues to be applied in important matches, in addition to FPT Play increasing production according to international standards with 10-12 cameras/match.

FPT Play will also expand interactive features such as multi-stream commentary, real-time statistics and Companion Mode, creating a more vivid and personalized football viewing experience. All matches will be broadcast live and in full on multiple platforms: terrestrial, cable, satellite, IPTV, Internet, mobile and digital platforms.

National Cup 2025/26: Professional and large-scale playground

The LPBank Securities National Cup 2025/26 is expected to take place from September 12, 2025 to June 28, 2026, with the participation of 25 professional clubs nationwide, including 14 V-League clubs and 11 First Division clubs.

In particular, the V-League club group gathers many famous football teams such as: CAHN, Hanoi FC, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Nam Dinh Blue Steel, Thanh Hoa, The Cong Viettel, Hai Phong, SHB Da Nang, HAGL, SLNA, Becamex Ho Chi Minh City, PVF-CAND, Hong Linh Ha Tinh and Ninh Binh.

In the First Division, the teams Dong Thap, Long An, Bac Ninh, Gia Dinh, Quy Nhon United, Khatoco Khanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, Van Hien University, Truong Tuoi Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City and Tre Ho Chi Minh City promise to create many surprises.

The winning club will receive a cash prize of VND2 billion and a ticket to the 2026 AFC Cup.

The 2025/26 National Cup is expected to raise production standards, images and professionalism. FPT Play will apply many modern technologies to optimize the viewer experience, including:
