, The Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation (VBD) of Ha Long City coordinated to organize the VBD Program with the theme: "Humanitarian Journey - Spreading Love" in Ha Trung Ward in 2025.
With the message: "Live with love - Share happiness", the HMTN program attracted nearly 200 civil servants, members, armed forces, youth union members, Red Cross volunteers and people from neighborhoods in Ha Trung ward to participate.
As a result, the Organizing Committee collected 102 units of blood, reaching 127.5% of the set target; this amount of blood was added to the blood reserve to serve the treatment of patients at the Provincial General Hospital.
The HMTN program is a practical and meaningful activity in response to the Humanitarian Month (May) and the Red Journey Program in 2025; at the same time, it helps to overcome the shortage of blood for emergency and treatment of patients in the spring - summer period of 2025.
