Thanh Hoa FC drew with Ha Tinh FC in Round 1 of the V-League 2023/2024.

Thanh Hoa FC aimed for three points in their first home game of the Night Wolf V-League 2023/2024 season against the underdog Ha Tinh . However, the visitors proved they were not easily defeated. In the 10th minute, Vu Quang Nam scored the opening goal for Hong Linh Ha Tinh with a touch of his shoulder.

Unwilling to accept a defeat at home, Thanh Hoa launched an all-out attack, putting immense pressure on the visitors' goal. In the 20th minute, Antonio Luiz and Rimario Gordon combined brilliantly, creating an opportunity for A Mit to score a spectacular long-range equalizer, making the score 1-1 for Thanh Hoa FC.
