The total number of shares that Vietjet will issue is 118.3 million, corresponding to the total value of shares issued at par value expected to be more than 1,183 billion VND. The issuance is expected to be carried out in the fourth quarter of 2025 or the first quarter of 2026 after the procedures are approved according to regulations.
It is expected that Vietjet's charter capital after this share issuance will increase to more than VND7,000 billion, and consolidated equity will be more than VND24,000 billion. The entire charter capital increase will support the enhancement of the company's long-term financial capacity.

The 20% dividend is good news for Vietjet investors and shareholders because in addition to receiving high dividends, the value of VJC shares will increase significantly when the shares are net bought by foreign investors in recent trading sessions. At the end of the trading session on October 23, VJC shares closed at 184,000 VND.
Vietjet's current capitalization reached 109,000 billion VND in the trading session on October 23.
