The event took place solemnly in the presence of General Secretary To Lam, representatives of leaders and businesses of the two countries, within the framework of the first official visit of a high-ranking Vietnamese leader to Finland after more than 50 years of establishing diplomatic relations.

General Secretary To Lam (center, back row) witnessed and congratulated Vietjet and Airways Aviation on the signing of an agreement to develop international aviation resources in Finland.

Specifically, Airways Aviation will cooperate with Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) to implement pilot training programs in Europe, in compliance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). The specialized training programs MPL and CPL aim to meet the demand for high-quality international human resources to serve the new-generation airline's strategy of expanding its global flight network, and sustainable regional and international development.

Vietjet General Director Dinh Viet Phuong (right, front row) and Airways Aviation General Director Alexandre Alves (left, front row) signed a cooperation agreement to train high-quality human resources for the international aviation industry.

Vietnam and Finland expect to promote economic connectivity, science and technology, innovation and resource development. Cooperating with Airways Aviation helps Vietjet continue to contribute to a new era of cooperation between the two countries on the basis of innovation, knowledge and sustainable development.

Vietjet currently has more than 9,000 employees from more than 60 countries and territories, operating in many domestic and international markets. As a global aviation group, the airline is constantly expanding its flight network, attracting high-quality human resources, providing services and products that meet international standards. With a wide flight network in the Asia-Pacific region, Vietjet plans to soon expand its flight network to major markets in Europe, America, etc.
