The event took place solemnly in the presence of General Secretary To Lam, leaders and business representatives from both countries, within the framework of the first official visit of a high-ranking Vietnamese leader to Finland after more than 50 years of establishing diplomatic relations.
General Secretary To Lam (center, back row) witnessed and congratulated Vietjet and Airways Aviation on the signing of an agreement to develop international aviation resources in Finland.
Specifically, Airways Aviation will collaborate with Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) to implement pilot training programs in Europe, adhering to the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority (CAAV). These specialized MPL and CPL training programs aim to meet the demand for high-quality international human resources to support the new-generation airline's global network expansion strategy and sustainable regional and international development.

Vietjet currently employs over 9,000 people from more than 60 countries and territories, operating in numerous domestic and international markets. As a global airline group, the airline continuously expands its flight network, attracts high-quality personnel, and provides services and products that meet international standards. With an extensive flight network in the Asia-Pacific region, Vietjet plans to soon expand its network to major markets in Europe, America, and other regions.
As an IATA training partner in Vietnam, Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) has trained nearly 400,000 pilots, flight attendants, engineers, and dispatchers, helping them realize their dreams of conquering the skies and meeting the sustainable development needs of the industry. Airways Aviation is a globally recognized flight training academy with a strong presence across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, boasting over 45 years of experience.
