This result was achieved thanks to the consensus, solidarity and determination of the staff, the organizations in the village, the support of sponsors and the spirit of solidarity of the people. These efforts clearly demonstrate the strength of the community, contributing to making the village greener, cleaner, more beautiful, ready to enter the new spring with many expectations for a joyful and prosperous Tet.

On November 16, although the clock had struck noon, the atmosphere in Na Lam village was still bustling with the sound of concrete mixers, the sounds of work exchanges and the laughter of the people. Everyone was focused on completing the final stages of the village road. Under the scorching sun, many people were exhausted, but with unity, the people still made efforts to complete and hand over on November 17.

Ms. Duong Thi Tham, a resident of Na Lam village, shared: People are very grateful to the volunteer group for supporting the construction of the road. Everyone put aside their farming work to participate together. When the road is completed, transporting agricultural products and daily travel will be much more convenient.

The road is 250m long, 2.2m wide, and 15cm thick with concrete. Construction started on November 12 and was completed on November 17. The person who connected and mobilized resources was Mr. Luong Van Dinh, Deputy Head of the Front Committee of Na Lam village. He and the villagers have been dreaming of a new road for many years, but due to lack of funds, travel still faces many obstacles, especially during the rainy season.

Mr. Luong Van Dinh said: This road is very important to Na Lam village because during the rainy season, the village has no safe path; normally people have to go through the spillway, which is potentially dangerous. When there is funding, people are willing to donate land and contribute work days to build the road.

After Mr. Luong Van Dinh stood up to mobilize, Mr. Do Thanh Quang, in Quang Hanh ward, Quang Ninh province, called on benefactors to support funding. In just a short time, the Volunteer Friends Club in Cam Pha and many benefactors across the country contributed nearly 100 million VND and donated additional lighting systems.

Mr. Do Thanh Quang shared: Since connecting with Mr. Dinh, the volunteer group in Quang Ninh has supported more than 80 million VND. As soon as the construction started, we went to Na Lam village to work with the people to construct and supervise the quality, ensuring that the kindness of the benefactors was properly used. The completed road will make traveling safer, especially for students. We hope that the spirit of "helping each other" will continue to spread widely, bringing practical benefits to the community.

For a mountainous village with many difficulties like Na Lam, building this road is a great effort. Although the funding source is not too large, but without the support of sponsors and the spirit of solidarity of the people, the dream of many years will be difficult to come true. The project not only facilitates travel, trade and economic development but also contributes to completing the traffic criteria in building new rural areas, helping to change the appearance of the village more and more.

Ms. Pham Thi Tuoi, Secretary of the Na Lam village Party Cell, said: When receiving information that the village would be supported to build 250m of road, the Party Cell and the Front Working Committee met to discuss and mobilize people to participate. The people responded enthusiastically and the working spirit in the past days shows that everyone shares the goal of completing the new road.

After only 4.5 days of construction, the Na Lam village road was completed and put into use, serving 76 households in the village and neighboring villages such as Na Duong and Na Mung. The road creates favorable conditions for travel and trade, helps students go to school more safely, contributes to improving life and promoting socio-economic development. That joint effort is making the highland village more prosperous, civilized and warm-hearted every day.
