Police are investigating a group of female students who used weapons in a fight, resulting in two injuries.

Thanh Hoa police are investigating and verifying the incident in which a group of female students engaged in a violent brawl with weapons, resulting in two injuries.

According to information from the People's Committee of Yen Cat town (Nhu Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province), a 12-second clip showing two groups of female students fighting with weapons had previously appeared on social media.

According to the video, during the brawl, the group of students also used what appears to be a knife to chase and attack each other.

Reportedly, the incident occurred on the afternoon of June 27th. At that time, a group of female students (grades 8 and 9) from Tan Binh commune and Yen Cat town had a conflict and went to Yen Cat town to settle it. During the brawl, the group used weapons to chase and attack each other. As a result of the melee, two girls were injured.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency has now launched an investigation into the incident.
