Duc Nhan - Dak Psi Hydropower Joint Stock Company is located at 45 To Huu Street, Kon Tum Ward, Quang Ngai Province (formerly Quyet Thang Ward, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province). This company is the investor of the Dak Psi Hydropower Plant, with a total capacity of 18 MW.

In its latest announcement, BIDV did not disclose the book value of the debt owed by these two companies. However, in 2023, the bank previously offered the debt for sale and stated that its value as of May 9, 2023, was VND 1,016 billion, of which the principal debt was over VND 633 billion.

In the current announcement, BIDV stated that the sale price of the debt will be subject to agreement between the parties, but will not be lower than VND 542 billion, a reduction of nearly 50% compared to the starting price of the first auction.

The collateral for the debt includes the Dak Psi Hydropower Plant (comprising a 12 MW first-stage plant and a 6 MW second-stage plant) located in Dak Psi commune, Dak Ha district, Kon Tum province (formerly).

In addition, there are 72 movable assets (cars, machinery and equipment, transport vehicles), 15 immovable properties; a right to claim a debt of nearly 250.5 billion VND at Nuoc Che Hydropower Joint Stock Company; and 24.541 million shares of Mr. Ho Sy Thai in Nuoc Che Hydropower Joint Stock Company and Duc Nhan - Dak Psi Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
