The course was organized for one month, implemented by Hanoi City Police in coordination with Hanoi University of Science and Technology on the national "Digital Education for All" platform. Of the total 8,218 trainees who are cadres, soldiers, union members, and youths from 559 units at the department and commune levels, 7,588 people completed the course and were granted electronic certificates.
This is the first course nationwide that the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order issues a certificate of completion in electronic form and is linked to a VNeID identification account.

According to Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen, Deputy Director of Hanoi Police, the fact that more than 7,500 officers and soldiers have met the standards is a very encouraging result, demonstrating a spirit of learning and the will to master digital knowledge. “Students have access to a lot of practical content such as basic digital skills, information security, digital communications, AI applications in data analysis and handling professional situations. This is not just learning to know, but learning to effectively apply it to daily work practices,” he emphasized.
The leaders of Hanoi Police Department requested that units continue to promote the spirit of self-study, proactively apply the knowledge they have been equipped with; at the same time, research and advise on organizing more specialized training courses suitable for practice such as network security, AI, data analysis, digital management, etc., towards building a modern, disciplined and elite police force.
