The delegation lit incense to express their respect for the heroic fighting and sacrifice of the martyrs, and visited and encouraged the family of martyr Sam Quoc Nghia.

Captain Sam Quoc Nghia, former officer of the Criminal Investigation Police Team on drugs and economics , Que Phong District Police (old) now Que Phong Commune, Nghe An Province. He is one of the typical examples in the fight against crime of Nghe An Provincial Police.
