Masan Consumer honored by Fortune in Top 100 Best Workplaces in Southeast Asia 2025

On December 2, 2025, Fortune announced the list of Top 100 Best Places to Work in Southeast Asia. Among them, Masan Consumer is the only fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Vietnam to be honored.

This is the first time Fortune has expanded the list to Southeast Asia, honoring businesses with the best working environments in the region.

According to Fortune, in the context of the strong economic development of the Southeast Asia region, this list honors organizations that not only have outstanding business results but also create an ideal working environment for employees. Based on the Great Place To Work® survey model, the ranking recognizes companies - where the staff has great trust in the organization, pride in their work and high team spirit.

Fortune's evaluation process places a strong emphasis on real-world employee feedback through surveys, combined with in-depth assessments of companies' corporate culture and HR strategies. More than 1.3 million employees participated in surveys assessing their workplace culture, and more than 550,000 responses were validated.

This is considered a worthy recognition from Fortune, the leading organization behind prestigious global rankings such as Fortune Global 500, Fortune's Most Powerful Women and 100 Best Companies to Work For™ in the US and Europe.

Also for three consecutive years 2023-2025, Masan Consumer (UpCOM: MCH) was recognized as a Great Place To Work, based on a comprehensive survey of more than 5,000 employees nationwide.

Notably, 91% of employees surveyed rated Masan Consumer as an excellent working environment, up 4 percentage points from the previous year - a figure that demonstrates the strong belief of the staff.

In all criteria in the Trust Model (including Trust, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Colleague Relationships) according to Great Place To Work standards, Masan Consumer's results were high and increased by 2 to 4 points compared to the previous survey. This is a testament to the comprehensive human development strategy, creating a creative and cohesive environment where employees are empowered to develop to their fullest potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
