Announcement of conclusions on inspection of civil judgment enforcement work in localities

The People's Procuracy of Tay Hoa district has just announced the conclusion of the direct inspection of the civil judgment enforcement (CJE) work at the district's CJE Sub-Department. Attending were representatives of the Legal Committee of the People's Council and the District Fatherland Front Committee.

Previously, within 22 days (from April 1-22), the inspection team of the Tay Hoa District People's Procuracy inspected the execution records, professional books and accounting documents; at the same time, inspected the transfer of legally effective judgments and decisions of the court, as well as the management of evidence and temporarily held assets. In addition, the team also inspected the issuance of judgment execution decisions, sending of judgment execution decisions and notices; activities of classifying and verifying judgment execution conditions, applying security measures, and enforcing judgment execution; the management and payment of judgment execution money and the settlement of complaints and denunciations related to judgment execution...

The inspection results show that from September 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, the Tay Hoa District Execution Department has promptly and properly enforced the court's legally effective judgments and decisions. The management and direction of the execution of judgments have been of interest to the leaders of the District Execution Department, and many execution cases have been resolved thoroughly, with quality and efficiency. The preservation of evidence, temporarily detained assets and the implementation of basic accounting documents have been in compliance with legal regulations...

In addition to the achieved results, the inspection team also pointed out some shortcomings and deficiencies in the execution of judgments. The leaders of the Tay Hoa District Execution Department have seriously accepted and committed to promptly overcome them to improve the quality of execution of judgments in the coming time.
