At the conference, the Supervisory Delegation announced the Supervisory Decision and Supervisory Plan for the Provincial Party Committee, Mong Cai City Party Committee, Uong Bi City Party Committee and Van Don District Party Committee.
Accordingly, the supervision content focuses on the leadership and direction of Party committees, heads of Party committees, and Party organizations in disseminating, propagating, and implementing documents of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the implementation of Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW. The supervision period is from June 1 to June 20, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Supervisory Delegation emphasized: The Central Committee is resolutely implementing the work of rearranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system. Closely following the direction of the Central Committee, Quang Ninh province is also urgently and seriously implementing to ensure progress. Recently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued a decision to supervise a number of Party committees and heads of Party committees in the province on the implementation of Conclusion No. 121 of the Party Central Committee. Through supervision, it is aimed at correctly assessing and promoting advantages; at the same time, promptly detecting limitations, shortcomings, shortcomings; difficulties, obstacles, causes, proposing solutions to overcome limitations, shortcomings, shortcomings in the leadership and direction of Party committees, heads of Party committees and Party organizations.
With a sense of urgency, great demands, and a large workload, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees and heads of local Party committees and supervised units must report fully and honestly on the results of implementing documents of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee and the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat to implement Conclusion No. 121. The report must accurately assess what has been done, what has not been done, what goals and targets are difficult to achieve, the causes and propose solutions for implementation in the coming time.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that the supervision must ensure compliance with the Party's procedures and regulations; promote democracy, raise the awareness of self-criticism and criticism of Party organizations and Party members; at the same time, request the Party committees of localities and supervised units to coordinate and create conditions for the Supervision Team to successfully complete its tasks.
