In early September 2024, the NovaWorld Phan Thiet urban area ( Binh Thuan province) restarted construction to complete the infrastructure of Festival Town – a subdivision expected to be the most vibrant and bustling in the coastal tourist city when it becomes operational. At Aqua City, the construction of residential properties and infrastructure is nearing completion and being handed over to customers. Recently, Novaland's share price has fallen to its lowest level since listing, fluctuating around 10,500 - 10,800 VND/share. The trading value of NVL is also much lower than its book value, with a P/B ratio of approximately 0.65 - 0.70, significantly lower than the industry average P/B ratio (around 1.8). Novaland is still striving to recover and fulfill its commitments to customers, partners, shareholders, and investors for sustainable development.
