VGR Quang Tri MDF Wood Joint Stock Company summarizes production activities

This afternoon, January 17, VGR Quang Tri MDF Wood Joint Stock Company (Company) held a conference to summarize party work, production and business activities, trade union and youth union work in 2024, and deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2024, the Company faced many difficulties and challenges, which significantly affected its operations. However, the Board of Directors, Executive Board, officers and employees made efforts to solve problems from production - business to finance, labor, and wages. Production output in 2024 reached 202,648 ^m3 , reaching 84.4% of the plan at the beginning of the year. Production and business results in 2024 were a profit of VND 3.39 billion, compared to the same period in 2023, a loss of VND 25.042 billion, an increase of VND 28.832 billion in absolute value. The average salary of employees is nearly VND 8 million/person/month.

Along with production and business tasks, the Company focuses on performing Party work well. In 2024, 20% of Party organizations will complete their tasks excellently, 80% of Party organizations will complete their tasks well, 10% of Party members will complete their tasks excellently, and 90% of Party members will complete their tasks well. The Company's Trade Union has taken care of the lives and protected the rights of workers, effectively launching patriotic emulation movements. The Youth Union has promoted the core role of union members in completing the Company's production and business goals.

In 2025, the Company sets a target of achieving a profit of over 8 billion VND, striving to exceed the actual profit by 10%. Innovate and streamline the organization to be lean, effective and efficient, improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of party organizations and the quality of party members.
