Implementing Joint Plan No. 3882/KHLT-DS dated November 29, 2024 of Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) on organizing the Conference to commend advanced models at all levels and the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Vietnam Railways Corporation in 2025; Towards the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of Vietnam Railways Corporation (April 6, 1955 - April 6, 2025), on March 25, 2025, Ha Hai Railway Joint Stock Company organized the 2025 Labor Conference and commended advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025. Comrade Le Bang An, Member of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation attended and directed the Conference.

Reporting on the summary of the implementation of the Resolution of the 2024 Labor Conference and the direction of production and business tasks in 2025, Comrade Ta Quang Son, Deputy Director of Ha Hai Railway Joint Stock Company, assessed that after 1 year of striving and making efforts to implement the Resolution of the 2024 Labor Conference, Ha Hai Railway Joint Stock Company has achieved many encouraging results, completing all 5 major targets including: Ensuring railway traffic safety - no accidents or train incidents caused by subjectivity; No serious or fatal labor accidents due to subjectivity, reducing the number of violations of labor regulations by 50% or more; ensuring security and order, national defense and security, fire prevention and fighting, and internal political protection. Regarding the results of production and business activities, revenue, profit and average salary all met and exceeded the targets set by the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. In which, revenue increased by 22.27%, pre-tax profit increased by 18.07%, post-tax profit increased by 6.98%, employee income increased by 7.12%, reaching an average of 12,593 million VND/person/month. The emulation movement, building a Regular - Cultural - Safe unit, corporate culture, the Railway - Flower Road movement were effectively maintained. The company also promoted initiatives, applied new science and technology in railway management and repair, effectively exploited construction machines in railway maintenance; continued to amend and perfect the internal regulations system in accordance with the conditions, management characteristics, charter of organization and operation of the Joint Stock Company and regulations of the State. In particular, the company continued to care for the lives, improve working conditions, accommodation for employees; well implemented policies, visits, condolences, continued to implement the Social Fund; Implement democratic regulations, promptly resolve truly urgent recommendations from managers and employees; Focus on the highest interests of employees; Maintain annual sightseeing and vacation regimes.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Bang An, Member of the Board of Members of Vietnam Railways Corporation, praised the results that the Ha Hai Railway Joint Stock Company had achieved in 2024. Comrade Le Bang An assessed that the achievements showed the spirit of solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties and the drastic and flexible management of the leadership, officers and employees of the entire Company. Comrade Le Bang An was also pleased to announce the many prosperous production and business activities of the Corporation in 2024, the output and revenue of the whole Corporation reached over 10.0 and 9.6 trillion VND respectively, up 7.9%; profit after tax reached 220 billion VND. Average income of employees reached 12.9 million VND/month; In particular, the launch of many new products such as: Hue - Da Nang Heritage Train, SE21/22 SG-DN Train, charter train, Da Lat night train, Sjourney luxury train, ... are highly appreciated by public opinion and customers; activities such as renovating and upgrading stations, freight yards, bringing international intermodal transport deep into the inland; successfully implementing restructuring under the direction of the Prime Minister. Comrade Le Bang An emphasized that by 2025, implementing the government's policy of growth of 8% or more and from 2026 onwards, double-digit growth, the Corporation has built a plan for 8.7% growth in revenue; at the same time, building many solutions to effectively exploit existing railways and preparing to participate in the construction and operation of new railways as well as high-speed railways in the future. To achieve the above goals, Comrade Le Bang An requested Ha Hai Real Estate Joint Stock Company to closely follow the tasks and solutions of the Corporation to effectively implement the tasks approved at the Conference to successfully complete the 2025 plan as well as celebrate the major holidays of the Corporation such as: 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee, 80th anniversary of tradition and welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels.

Comrade Le Bang An hopes that all officers and employees of the Company will continue to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, solidarity and innovation more strongly to ensure safe production, improve service quality, at the same time practice thrift, combat waste, improve management efficiency, continue to maintain the position as a leading unit in the infrastructure maintenance sector, making practical contributions to the development of Vietnam's railways.

At the closing session, the Conference honored and rewarded the advanced models of 2024, and agreed to introduce 19 members to participate in the periodic dialogue representing employees, including: 13 members are members of the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union and 06 members are delegates attending the 2025 Labor Conference. At the same time, the People's Inspectorate for the 2025-2026 term was elected, consisting of 03 members: Mr. Nguyen Viet Binh - Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Head of the Organization and Administration Department; Mr. Hoang Minh Quyet - Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department; and Ms. Le Thi Thanh Tam - Specialist of the Organization and Administration Department.
