The unit has successfully completed and exceeded the business targets and tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the company's targets in 2024. Maintained the issuance of more than 46,000 Northern Lottery tickets with 20 symbols daily in the province.
Expand the area of issuing daily Northern Lottery tickets in Vinh Tuong and Tam Duong districts and weekly in Tam Dao and Lap Thach districts; issue additional lottery tickets with a face value of 2,000 VND with a new payout structure.

The company always cares about ensuring the regime, benefits, and increasing income for employees. In particular, it regularly cares about and focuses on social security and charity activities throughout the province.
The company has paid State taxes from lottery activities in 2023 and 2024 to invest in many projects and works in the fields of education and health, with a total amount of over 45 billion VND.
Coordinated with organizations and units to present gifts and scholarships to disabled children and children in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 40.5 million VND. Mobilized employees in the company to actively participate in supporting people in localities in the province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) with a total amount of 50 million VND.
In 2025, the company strives to achieve revenue of nearly 76 billion VND from issuing lottery tickets; strives to pay 16 billion VND to the State budget; focuses on developing a system of lottery agents and general agents throughout the province.
