On September 23, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 (in charge of National Highway 13), Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police promptly took an 11-month-old boy in a state of difficulty breathing and purple body to the emergency room, helping the child overcome the danger.

According to Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, at about 9:50 a.m. the same day, during a patrol and inspection at Km99 + 400, National Highway 13, passing through An Loc ward, Dong Nai province, the patrol and inspection team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 discovered a woman carrying a baby boy crying on the road.

After approaching to investigate, the mother called for help because baby PQT (11 months old) was having difficulty breathing, his whole body was purple. Determining the emergency situation that could threaten the baby's life, the Traffic Police force immediately put the mother and child in a specialized vehicle, turned on the siren and took them straight to Khai Nguyen General Clinic (Binh Long ward), more than 2 km from the scene.

On the way, the baby continuously had difficulty breathing and turned purple, and the mother was also in a state of panic and fear.

Thanks to being taken to the emergency room in time, after more than 1 hour of treatment, the boy was out of danger and his health gradually stabilized.
