Regarding the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Da Nang city in 2025, according to the People's Committee of Da Nang city, regarding the adjustment of administrative unit boundaries between communes, 6,119/6,186 voters supported adjusting part of the natural area and population size of Hoa Lien commune, Hoa Vang district to merge into Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district, reaching a rate of 98.92%.
Regarding the establishment of wards and communes, 19,060/19,093 voters supported the establishment of Hai Chau ward on the basis of merging the original status of 5 wards: Thanh Binh, Thuan Phuoc, Thach Thang, Hai Chau, Phuoc Ninh (currently belonging to Hai Chau district), reaching 99.83%. 18,054/18,183 voters supported the establishment of Hoa Cuong ward on the basis of merging the original status of 4 wards: Binh Thuan, Hoa Thuan Tay, Hoa Cuong Bac, Hoa Cuong Nam (currently belonging to Hai Chau district), reaching 99.29%.
31,357/31,385 voters supported the establishment of Thanh Khe ward on the basis of merging 5 wards: Xuan Ha, Chinh Gian, Thac Gian, Thanh Khe Dong, Thanh Khe Tay (currently belonging to Thanh Khe district), reaching 99.92%. 17,027/17,289 voters supported the establishment of An Khe ward on the basis of merging An Khe ward (currently belonging to Thanh Khe district) and 2 wards: Hoa An, Hoa Phat (currently belonging to Cam Le district), reaching 98.89%. 13,034/13,206 voters supported the establishment of An Hai ward on the basis of merging 3 wards: Phuoc My, An Hai Bac, An Hai Nam (currently belonging to Son Tra district), reaching 98.71%.
16,530/16,535 voters supported the establishment of Son Tra ward on the basis of merging the original status of 3 wards: Tho Quang, Nai Hien Dong, Man Thai (currently belonging to Son Tra district), reaching 99.97%. 21,257/21,265 voters supported the establishment of Ngu Hanh Son ward on the basis of merging the original status of 4 wards: My An, Khue My, Hoa Hai, Hoa Quy (currently belonging to Ngu Hanh Son district), reaching 99.96%.
19,593/20,658 voters supported the establishment of Hoa Khanh ward on the basis of merging the original status of 2 wards: Hoa Khanh Nam, Hoa Minh (currently belonging to Lien Chieu district) and Hoa Son commune (currently belonging to Hoa Vang district), reaching 96.17%. 12,381/12,428 voters supported the establishment of Lien Chieu ward on the basis of merging the original status of Hoa Khanh Bac ward (currently belonging to Lien Chieu district) and Hoa Lien commune (currently belonging to Hoa Vang district), reaching 99.62%.
10,577/10,612 voters supported the establishment of Hai Van ward on the basis of merging 2 wards: Hoa Hiep Bac, Hoa Hiep Nam (currently belonging to Lien Chieu district) and Hoa Bac commune (currently belonging to Hoa Vang district), reaching 99.67%. 15,337/16,162 voters supported the establishment of Cam Le ward on the basis of merging 3 wards: Hoa Tho Tay, Hoa Tho Dong, Khue Trung (currently belonging to Cam Le district), reaching 99.99%.
17,118/17,264 voters supported the establishment of Hoa Xuan ward on the basis of merging Hoa Xuan ward (currently in Cam Le district) and 2 communes: Hoa Phuoc, Hoa Chau (currently in Hoa Vang district), reaching 99.94%. 6,432/6,440 voters supported the establishment of Hoa Vang commune on the basis of merging 2 communes: Hoa Phong, Hoa Phu (currently in Hoa Vang district), reaching 99.88%. 9,026/9,465 voters supported the establishment of Hoa Tien commune on the basis of merging 2 communes: Hoa Tien, Hoa Khuong (currently in Hoa Vang district), reaching 95.36%. 5,164/6,147 voters supported the establishment of Ba Na commune on the basis of merging 2 communes: Hoa Ninh, Hoa Nhon (currently in Hoa Vang district), reaching 84.01%.
