Quang Nam Market Management Department collected and paid to the budget more than 2.5 billion VND

Of these, 415 violations were handled (the Market Management force fined 414 cases and transferred 1 case to criminal prosecution); over 2.5 billion VND was recovered and paid to the state budget.

The main violations were food safety (18 cases); banned and smuggled goods (95 cases); counterfeit goods and goods violating intellectual property rights (24 cases); goods of unknown origin (39 cases); violations in the health sector (123 cases); violations in the price sector (72 cases); other violations (67 cases).

The Market Management Force also destroyed many types of goods that did not meet quality standards and had fake brands such as cigarettes, cosmetics, food, Honda spare parts, handbags, backpacks, phone accessories, etc. with an estimated value of 500 million VND. Many types of violating goods with an estimated value of 1.35 billion VND were confiscated.
