Desire to contribute

Surprisingly, in the community living in the holy land, a villager held the ancient recipe for this priceless brick.

Mr. Nguyen Qua (in La Thap Tay village, Duy Hoa commune, Duy Xuyen district, Quang Nam province) told of the unexpected opportunity in 2003, when scientists came to his house and said that they could not find anywhere, or ask anyone, how to create the ancient bricks used in My Son Sanctuary. Mr. Qua nodded to accept this challenge.

In mid-2005, after four trials of different batches of bricks, Mr. Qua produced the most fully mature batch of bricks for archaeologists in My Son.

Mr. Qua's bricks have contributed to rebuilding the heritage of the ancients. He is the lucky person chosen to be entrusted with a noble and sacred mission of making ancient bricks.

Until now, this man still wishes to contribute more to the cultural heritage of his homeland.
