On the evening of December 13, the Saigon Street Food Festival 2024 with the theme Saigon Five Flavors 2024, organized by Dam Sen Cultural Park in coordination with related units, opened in Ho Chi Minh City.

These five flavors, symbolizing the stages of maturity and development of Saigon people, intertwine to create fascinating stories.

Through the Saigon Street Food Festival 2024, the organizers hope to convey to the public and visitors the message "Street Flavor - Saigonese Essence", not only the original culinary flavor but also the blend of "5 spices" that create the beauty of Saigon and its people.

Specifically, the highlights of the Saigon Street Food Festival 2024 include a diverse culinary space with hundreds of typical Saigon street foods, from familiar dishes to unique dishes from the talented hands of anonymous chefs.

Participating in this festival, the public and visitors can also experience a variety of art performances, street entertainment, and prepare street food typical of each historical period of Saigon.
