Accordingly, on the evening and early morning of August 13, heavy rain occurred over a large area in Da Huoai 3 commune, causing the water level of rivers and streams to rise rapidly. Many areas were deeply flooded, especially in villages 7 and 8, the water reached provincial road 721, traffic was cut off, and there was a potential risk of flash floods and landslides.

The People's Committee of Da Huoai 3 commune has directed the Commune's Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue, all militia, police, youth union members and village shock teams to urgently deploy response plans and support people to evacuate.
