Da Lat: Handling illegal concrete road crossing protective forest

A concrete road illegally built on forest land has just been handled by authorities in Da Lat City (Lam Dong Province).

On June 4, Lam Vien Forest Management Board (Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province) announced that it had drawn up a record to handle the concrete road built on forest land.

Through on-site inspection, the authorities discovered that at plot 4, sub-area 166 (administrative boundary of Xuan Truong commune, Da Lat city), a forest area managed by Lam Vien Forest Management Board, an illegally constructed concrete road measuring 150m long and 2m wide.

In addition, in the above area, the authorities also identified another concrete road nearly 100m long and 2m wide on non-forestry land connecting to the concrete road built on forest land.

It is known that the concrete road leads to a land area of ​​about 3 hectares, which has been leveled and renovated for agricultural production.

Xuan Truong Commune People's Committee coordinated with Lam Vien Forest Management Board to make a record of the scene, track down those who built concrete roads on protective forest land, and report to Da Lat City People's Committee for handling.
