Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested departments, branches, localities, units... to proactively monitor forecast information, developments of storm No. 1 and possible heavy rain; promptly direct and deploy response work according to the plan for prevention, control and overcoming consequences corresponding to a number of natural disaster scenarios in 2025 in Da Nang city approved by the Chairman of the City People's Committee.
Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and towns direct the implementation of activities to prevent and respond to storms; heavy rain, floods, flash floods, landslides...; be ready to deploy plans to evacuate people according to approved plans, pay attention to residential areas in low-lying areas, areas along rivers and streams, areas at risk of landslides, flash floods...
At the same time, organize checkpoints at deeply flooded roads; strictly manage and prevent people and vehicles from traveling, spontaneous tourism , fishing on rivers, streams, ponds, lakes, in low-lying, flooded areas, through culverts, forests, mountains and areas at risk of landslides and dangers; manage and protect children during rainy and flood days to ensure safety; prepare human resources, materials, equipment, and necessary necessities according to the "4 on-site" motto.

Armed forces, People's Committees of districts, departments and branches inspect and review areas at high risk of landslides, flash floods, floods, proactively take measures to ensure the safety of people and property; prepare forces and means in key areas to promptly support people in evacuating, rescuing, and handling situations caused by heavy rain, floods, landslides, etc. that may occur.
The City Military Command proactively prepares forces and means to promptly respond to natural disasters and closely coordinates with units of the ministry, military regions, and police stationed in the city to deploy response work, ensuring the safety of lives and property of the State and people.
The City Border Guard Command promptly informs owners of vehicles and vessels operating at sea of the location, direction of movement and developments of the storm to proactively avoid, escape from or not enter dangerous areas; calls on vessels to urgently come ashore or find safe shelter; organizes counting, strictly manages and maintains communication with vessels still operating at sea; focuses on guiding and urging fishing vessels to immediately leave dangerous areas; based on the developments of the storm, proactively decides to ban fishing vessels, transport vessels and tourist vessels from the sea.
The city police coordinated with the city Border Guard Command, the Tho Quang Fishing Port and Lock Management Board and localities to guide fishermen to implement solutions and measures, and arrange permanent fire prevention and fighting forces when anchoring boats to take shelter from storms at Tho Quang Fishing Port and Man Quang Bay, to prevent fires and explosions.
