Congress of Delegates of Phu Tho Electricity Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term

On October 25, Phu Tho Power Company held the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Phu Tho Power Company (PC) Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the Congress were representatives of the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union, Phu Tho PC Trade Union, the Company's Board of Directors and 123 outstanding delegates representing 2,140 union members of 30 member grassroots unions in the whole Company.

Overview of the Congress

The Congress is a broad political activity of special importance, aiming to summarize and evaluate the results of implementing the Trade Union Resolution for the 2021-2026 term; review the activities of the Executive Committee of the past term; and at the same time set out directions, goals and solutions for the 2025-2030 term.

In the 2021-2026 term, under the close direction of the Party Committee, the Company Director, the General Corporation's Trade Union, the close coordination with the expertise and the solidarity and efforts of all union members and workers, the Phu Tho PC Trade Union always adheres to the functions and tasks with the content of "Building a strong trade union organization", has achieved many positive results, promoting the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity in all activities, fulfilling well the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, contributing practically to the completion of production and business tasks, improving the lives of workers and civil servants.

The Trade Union has focused on propaganda, political and ideological education , raising awareness for union members; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The work of developing union members and building a strong union organization has been given attention, the rate of union members has reached over 95% of the total number of workers... These results have affirmed the role and position of the Trade Union organization, making an important contribution to the stable and sustainable development of Phu Tho Power Company.
