After the merger, Trieu Son commune has a favorable connection location, located in the semi-mountainous plain in the Southwest of Thanh Hoa province, which is an advantage for developing transportation, economy , and urbanization. Inheriting advantages from the old administrative units, Trieu Son commune has strengths in agriculture, industry, and handicrafts.
The commune has nearly 200 enterprises operating in the fields of industry, trade, services, transportation, wood chip production, garment... creating jobs for many workers, distributed in key areas, creating a vibrant and colorful economic picture.

Based on the reality and integration requirements, on November 7, 2025, the People's Committee of Trieu Son commune issued Decision No. 2152/QD-UBND on allowing the establishment of the Trieu Son Commune Business Association. After a period of mobilization, the Commune Business Association has gathered 100 member enterprises to participate.
Speaking at the congress, Secretary of the Party Committee of Trieu Son commune Pham Nguyen Hong and representatives of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Business Association acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Business Association and businesses and entrepreneurs in the commune.
The comrades hope that the Association will be a "common home"; a place where the wisdom, strength and common voice of the business community converge, a place to nurture and spread the Trieu Son business culture in the new era; a center of connection, cooperation and sharing; a solid and reliable bridge between businesses and the government.

With the motto "Solidarity - Cooperation - Development together", the congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trieu Son Commune Business Association for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Pham Dinh Thang, Director of Trieu Thai Son Company Limited, was elected as Chairman of the Association.
The Congress also approved the draft Resolution, directions, goals for the 2025-2030 period and key activities to build a strong business community in Trieu Son commune, accompanying the government in implementing socio-economic development tasks.
