General Phan Van Giang expressed his gratitude for the important contributions of former leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and Lieutenant General Dang Quan Thuy to the cause of national liberation and reunification, as well as to the construction and protection of the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland. On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang informed the comrades about the outstanding results in the implementation of military and defense tasks of the entire army in 2024. Accordingly, with the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and action, Party committees, commanders at all levels and officers and soldiers of the entire army have strived to comprehensively complete military and defense goals and tasks, many tasks were excellently completed.
