The Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee requested the Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Fisheries Sub-Department to coordinate with coastal localities to closely monitor information on weather developments to proactively notify fishermen and boat owners to resume fishing activities at sea after the storm, and to have appropriate production plans to ensure safety when fishing.

The People's Committees of coastal communes and wards, relevant agencies and units direct units, organizations and individuals involved in ship repair and building activities and other maritime transport activities to implement disaster prevention, control and search and rescue work according to the established plan.
For vessels and boats operating in the field of fishing and seafood exploitation, relevant agencies, units and coastal localities shall carry out propaganda work, instructing organizations and individuals operating in the field of fishing and seafood exploitation to strictly comply with the announcements, calls and instructions for vessels to enter storm shelters and anchorages of relevant agencies and units. Absolutely do not allow people to stay on ships, aquaculture cages, watchtowers, etc.
