Ensuring the safety of national reserves to respond to storm No. 3

The State Reserve Department has just issued Official Dispatch No. 03/CD-CDT to the State Reserve Sub-Departments of regions: I, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII on responding to storm No. 3.

Accordingly, the State Reserve Department requires regional State Reserve Sub-Departments to organize 24/7 duty, regularly monitor and update information on the storm's developments to promptly take measures to prevent and combat the effects of storms and floods.

In addition, strengthen inspection of warehouses and national reserves; deploy preventive measures to ensure safety of people, assets and national reserves; at the same time, have proactive plans, coordinate with local authorities where there are warehouses, national reserves, and reserve agency headquarters to be ready to respond, overcome, handle and promptly resolve any situations that occur at the unit.

For regional State Reserve Sub-Departments that are importing and exporting national reserve goods, the Head of the regional State Reserve Sub-Department needs to proactively have a plan to implement the import and export of goods to ensure absolute safety for people, property and quality of goods.

Have plans and measures to prepare human resources, means, and national reserve goods to promptly issue national reserve goods to support localities in responding to and overcoming the consequences of floods according to the decision of competent authorities.

The State Reserve Department requests that the heads of the regional State Reserve Departments urgently organize the implementation and promptly report to the State Reserve Department (through the Finance and Reserve Management Department) any problems arising during the implementation process for monitoring and direction./.
