Federico Pinzi likes to be called Feder. He is an Italian chef who has lived and worked in Vietnam for many years.

For example, pizza with tomato sauce or pineapple on top is very normal in Vietnam or other countries. And don't be "foolish" to order a cappuccino in Italy at noon. You will be "thrown" a strange look.
