Auction of 182 land lots at Xuyen Moc Central Market

It is known that the 182 plots of land mentioned above have a total area of ^{​​15,388.7m2,} all of which are rural residential land with long-term use. The plots have an area of ^​​62.4m2 to ^105.6m2 . The starting price is from nearly 941 million VND/plot to more than 2.1 billion VND/plot.

The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting at the auction session. The step price (the minimum difference between the next bid and the previous bid) of each land plot is specifically specified in the invitation to participate in the auction.

Time to view the property (during office hours) is April 23, 24 and 25 at the auction site.

The Organizing Committee will receive auction participation documents during office hours (except Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 a.m. on April 22 to 4:30 p.m. on May 9, at the headquarters of Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch; Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company and the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Xuyen Moc district.
