The most modern investment for Hanoi Public Administration Service Center

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed in principle on the pilot project to establish the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center according to the proposal of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee and the appraisal opinion of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.

Assign the Party Committee of the City People's Committee and the leaders of the City People's Committee to direct relevant agencies and units to urgently review and complete necessary procedures to submit to competent authorities for approval of the Project according to regulations; speed up the establishment of the Public Administration Service Center to improve the quality of service for individuals and organizations in performing administrative procedures and public services in the city.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to focus on investing in building the most modern facilities, equipment and technology for the Center's main office (No. 197 Nghi Tam Street, Yen Phu Ward, Tay Ho District), Branches and Reception Points.

Research, review and develop functions, tasks; working procedures, regulations, and working relationships between the Public Administration Service Center and city departments, branches, and sectors to avoid duplication and overlapping of tasks.

Research and immediately develop specific mechanisms and policies on recruiting high-quality personnel; support cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the Center, Branches, and Reception Points; promptly issue and implement a mechanism for hiring experts and signing long-term contracts with employees working at the Center according to the provisions of the Law on the Capital (amended).

The Party Committee of the City People's Committee coordinated with the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee to direct press agencies to widely propagate to people and businesses to clearly understand the functions and tasks of the Public Administration Service Center to serve the settlement of administrative procedures and provide online public services without administrative boundaries; socio -economic development; digital citizens in accordance with the direction of Project 06 of the Government, Resolution of the City Party Committee, contributing to building and developing the "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" Capital.
