Previously, on May 13, Hoi An Food Processing Enterprise (address 27-29 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hoi An City) submitted a request to dissolve this unit before July 1, 2024.

According to the report, the leader of Hoi An Food Processing Enterprise said the reason for requesting the policy and decision to dissolve the enterprise is because this is a small business organization, currently the property is old, dilapidated, the machinery is old, outdated, and the operation is ineffective.

It is known that in April 2024, the Standing Committee of Hoi An City Party Committee issued an official dispatch agreeing on the policy of not continuing to lease land, handing over the land, houses and structures on the land at 27-29 Phan Boi Chau (Son Phong Ward, Hoi An City) to the State for management.
