By the end of June 2025, Phuoc Son must disburse at least 50% of the capital plan for the national target program in 2025.

That is the request of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan - Head of the Steering Committee for National Target Programs (NTP) of Quang Nam province at a working session with the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district on the implementation of NTP programs and the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.

It is known that since the beginning of the year, the implementation, allocation and disbursement of capital for national target programs in Phuoc Son district is still very low, not ensuring the set progress (only disbursed more than 48.1/more than 323.8 billion VND, 15% rate).

The remaining capital that needs to be disbursed in 2025 is very large, with more than VND 275.6 billion (not including about VND 25 billion from career capital under the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in 2025 and VND 13 billion of medium-term investment capital to be allocated in the coming time); of which the remaining long-term capital is more than VND 172.6 billion, the remaining capital in 2025 is more than VND 103 billion.

In order to promptly disburse the allocated capital plan and be determined to complete the set goals, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district to further strengthen the direction and management work, regularly work with investors and agencies receiving capital to monitor, urge, accelerate the implementation progress, and disburse the allocated capital according to the committed schedule.

Specifically, the determination is to disburse 100% of the allocated capital in 2025; in which, capital from 2022, 2023, 2024 is allowed to be extended to 2025 and must be completed before June 1, 2025 and disbursed at least 50% of the 2025 capital plan by the end of June 2025.
