Protect mother and baby's health from dengue fever
Currently, the dengue fever vaccine has been licensed for use in Vietnam by the Ministry of Health , but is only for children aged 4 years and older and is not recommended for pregnant women. Therefore, mosquito prevention measures for this vulnerable group become more urgent to protect the health of mothers and babies during the epidemic season.
In an effort to accompany the health sector, Diana Unicharm donated 15,000 Bobby Antimos mosquito repellent wipes to the Department of Maternal and Child Health (Ministry of Health), supporting maternal and child health care at maternity and pediatric hospitals in high-risk provinces.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Makoto Anezaki - Marketing Director of Diana Unicharm's baby diaper industry, and also the developer of the Antimos product line of Unicharm Group, shared: "I once had dengue fever while working in Malaysia, and witnessed many pregnant women suffering from dengue fever and dangerous complications for their babies. That personal experience inspired me and my team to develop the Antimos mosquito repellent product line with the desire to bring an effective and safe epidemic prevention solution for mothers - children and all Vietnamese people".

Join hands for community health
In addition to the product donation activity, Diana Unicharm coordinated with the Medical Center and the Red Cross Society of Hoang Mai district to organize the Launching Ceremony in response to ASEAN Dengue Prevention Day 2025. This is the second year the program has been implemented, demonstrating the strong commitment of the business to join hands to protect public health in the context of the approaching peak season of dengue fever.

Participating in the program, all Diana Unicharm staff and local medical staff implemented many epidemic prevention measures, contributing to controlling and preventing the risk of epidemics such as: cleaning the environment, treating stagnant water to limit mosquito breeding habitat, clearing bushes, checking and treating water containers to eliminate the risk of mosquito breeding.
