At noon on July 22, Saigon University announced the floor score for the high school graduation exam and the computer-based entrance exam in 2024.

With the method of considering the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam, the floor score is from 16 to 24.5. Of which, the math pedagogy major has the highest floor score.
Specifically, the floor scores for majors other than pedagogy are as follows:
The majors in the teacher training group have an input quality assurance threshold of 24.5 points for mathematics pedagogy and 23 points for English pedagogy.
The remaining majors are equal to the input quality assurance threshold according to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Training on determining the input quality assurance threshold for university-level teacher training majors and college-level preschooleducation majors in 2024.
The admission score is the total exam score (total score of 3 subjects in each admission combination of each major) plus priority points for subjects and regions.
+ For admission combinations without major subjects:
Total exam score = Subject 1 score + Subject 2 score + Subject 3 score.
+ For admission combinations with main subjects:
Total exam score = (Main subject score x 2 + Total score of the remaining 2 subjects) x 3/4.
English subject scores in admission combinations (if any) will be replaced by international English certificate conversion scores (on a 10-point scale) for admission consideration from April 22, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
If a candidate has both the converted results of an international English certificate according to the school's regulations and the results of the English exam in the 2024 high school graduation exam, the school will choose the result with the higher score to determine the candidate's admission score.
