According to weather radar data from the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting and models from regional meteorological centers, heavy rain is occurring this morning, October 25th, in the following areas: Dak Lak , Khanh Hoa, and Lam Dong.

According to the National Center for Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting, from the night of October 24 to the early morning of October 25, many areas in Hue, Lam Dong , the South Central coastal region, and the Southern region experienced moderate to heavy rain. Rainfall measurements at some stations included Bach Ma (71.8mm), Ninh Hai (72.4mm), and Cu Pui (66.8mm).

According to meteorological experts, the rain area is currently expanding southward, with coastal and southern areas of Dak Lak province and Khanh Hoa province experiencing heavy rain since this morning. Simultaneously, a coastal cloud band from Da Nang to Quy Nhon has also caused localized showers, and the rainfall is forecast to increase in the next few hours as thunderstorm clouds from the sea continue to move inland. This afternoon, the western part of Dak Lak province, Quang Ngai, and Gia Lai provinces will experience more rain.

In the Southern and Central Highlands regions, light rain occurred in Lam Dong and some areas of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast. By this afternoon and evening, thunderstorms in the South will increase, with heavy rain possible in many places.

The meteorological agency forecasts that from the morning of October 25th to October 27th, the area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, the eastern part of Gia Lai province and Dak Lak will experience rainfall of 80-170mm, with localized areas exceeding 350mm; while Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong and the Southern region will have rainfall of 20-40mm, possibly exceeding 100mm.

In northern Vietnam, today remains cold to freezing, with cloudy skies in the morning. Meteorological experts predict that the North will experience weak sunshine again this afternoon, with warmer weather compared to the previous two days. From tomorrow, October 26th, Hanoi will be bathed in sunshine, and the weather will warm up.
