The adjusted project investment scale includes: Yard for the elderly and children: yard floor, sidewalk, flower beds, natural stone seats and children's playground with sand pit combined with concrete flower trellis for planting bougainvillea and fountain; memorial yard: yard floor, sidewalk, flower beds, natural stone seats; monolithic Pine Tree One relic symbol; playground for youth: yard floor, sidewalk, flower beds, natural stone seats; arrangement of clusters of symbols; public toilet: 1-storey house, total construction area of about 25m2 ; technical infrastructure system; trees; equipment.
Total project investment is 14.28 billion VND; implementation period is from 2022 - 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the investor, the People's Committee of Hoi An City, to carry out the following procedures in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 166 dated December 25, 2018 of the Government on regulations on authority, order, procedures for establishing, appraising, and approving plans, projects for preserving, renovating, and restoring historical-cultural relics, scenic spots, and related legal provisions under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Notice No. 910 dated October 24, 2024.
The One Pine Tree relic is a site of important cultural and historical value in Quang Nam province. At this location on March 28, 1930, the Conference to establish the Quang Nam Provisional Provincial Party Committee took place, with comrade Phan Van Dinh as Secretary.
This is also where the Central Region Party Committee and Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee discussed directions and disseminated resolutions. Also here, on May 1, 1930, the first issue of the Plowshares - Voice of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee newspaper was published, contributing to widely propagating the Party's revolutionary line to the people.
