Le Xuan Vinh was arrested to investigate fraud and property appropriation.

Accordingly, Vinh used social networks to edit ticket sales information of bus companies, using Vinh's two personal phone numbers (including: 096.370.0367 and 037.761.6110) instead of the bus company's number, then posted on bus ticket groups to search for people who wanted to book bus tickets for Tet.

After the ticket buyers contacted him, Vinh instructed them to deposit the bus fare and transfer it to his personal account. After receiving the money, Vinh blocked communication and appropriated the deposit of more than 10 victims, about 20 million VND.

Phu Yen Provincial Police announced that anyone who is a victim of Le Xuan Vinh should go to the headquarters of the Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department (198 Le Loi, Ward 4, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen) to report.
