Lao Cai province delegation (Vietnam) successfully concluded the working trip in Yunnan province (China)

On the afternoon of June 15, the delegation from Lao Cai province (Vietnam) returned home, successfully concluding their working trip in Yunnan province (China).

Seeing off the working delegation of Lao Cai province entering Vietnam, on the side of Yunnan province (China) was Mr. Ly Quy, Chief of Office of the Ha Khau District Party Committee, Hong Ha district.

Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong and the Lao Cai Provincial Delegation successfully concluded their working trip to Yunnan Province.

From June 11 to June 15, 2024, at the invitation of the Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee (China), the working delegation of Lao Cai province (Vietnam) led by Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, had a working trip to Yunnan province. The working delegation included members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of Party committees, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and relevant local departments and branches.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Xuan Truong presented flowers and congratulated the working delegation.

During the working time in China, the delegation of Lao Cai province together with Dien Bien, Lai Chau and Ha Giang provinces attended the 4th annual conference between the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee of Yunnan Province (China); the 10th meeting of the Joint Working Group between Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China).

The Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Lai Chau, Dien Bien (Vietnam) and the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Yunnan (China) signed the Minutes of the 4th Annual Conference. Local authorities of the two sides also signed many important cooperation agreements.

Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong thanked Yunnan province and its localities for their warm welcome.

During his visit and work in Yunnan province (China), this morning (June 15), Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee (Vietnam) - Dang Xuan Phong had a courtesy meeting with comrade Trieu Thuy Quan, Secretary of Hong Ha District Party Committee (Yunnan province, China).

Welcoming the delegation at Lao Cai International Border Gate, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, congratulated Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong and the delegation on their successful working trip to Yunnan province; through the working trip, the friendly cooperation relationship will continue to be strengthened, and development between Lao Cai and Yunnan provinces will be promoted.

Attending the 4th annual conference between the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Yunnan (China), the 10th meeting of the Joint Working Group between 4 provinces of Vietnam and Yunnan province (China), Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed the Agreement on friendly exchange and cooperation between the People's Committee of Lao Cai province and the People's Government of Van Son district (Yunnan province), the Agreement on cooperation between the People's Committee of Lao Cai province (Vietnam) and the People's Government of Hong Ha district (Yunnan province) for the period 2024 - 2028.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Trong Hai presented flowers and congratulated Mr. Hoang Quoc Khanh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation.

On this occasion, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Quoc Khanh and the working delegation held talks with the People's Government of Hong Ha Chau (Yunnan province) and met with comrade Truong Kim Phuong, member of the Standing Committee of Van Son Chau Party Committee (Yunnan province).
