The delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang is expected to hold talks with the delegation of the Trade Department of Van Son district, Yunnan province (China).

At the invitation of comrade Trinh Diem Bang, Director of the Department of Trade of Van Son district, China, on November 7, the delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province led by comrade Hoang Anh Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, went to attend the opening ceremony of the Vietnam - Van Son (China) Border Economic, Trade and Tourism Fair in 2025 and held talks between the delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province and the delegation of the Department of Trade of Van Son district, Yunnan province.

Leaders of the Department of Trade of Van Son district, Yunnan province, China welcomed the delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province at the Thien Bao - Thanh Thuy international border gate.

Accompanying the delegation were leaders of the Department of Construction, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Customs; the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion, the Department of Industry and Trade. Welcoming the delegation at the Thanh Thuy - Thien Bao International Border Gate was comrade Ly Xuan Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Trade Affairs of Van Son District, Yunnan Province, China.

Comrade Ly Xuan Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Trade of Van Son district, Yunnan province, presented flowers to the Head of the working delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province.

The talks between the two sides took place at the end of the 5th Annual Conference between Provincial Party Secretaries and the 11th Meeting of the Joint Working Group between Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien provinces (Vietnam) and Yunnan province, China, which took place on October 30, 2025 in Lai Chau province. This is the first meeting and exchange between the Department of Industry and Trade of Tuyen Quang province and the Trade Department of Van Son district after Tuyen Quang completed the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units. Through the talks, the two sides will assess the implementation of coordination work between the two agencies in 2025, and will discuss and propose coordination tasks in 2026 to promote the relationship and cooperation between the two sides to develop further.
