The monitoring delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province worked with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

In order to help localities in implementing, maintaining and sustaining the quality of the NTM criteria, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue many documents, decisions and plans to assign departments, branches and sectors in charge and support localities in implementing the criteria; prioritize the allocation of resources for communes and districts to strive to meet and improve the NTM criteria. Up to now, the whole province has 2 districts Ninh Phuoc and Ninh Hai meeting the NTM district standards, with 32/47 communes meeting the NTM standards; of which, 12 communes meet the advanced NTM standards and 84 villages meet the NTM standards.

Concluding the working session, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to continue to promote the role of the standing agency to proactively review and advise the province to issue documents directing the improvement of the effectiveness of the implementation of the program's criteria in the next phase. Strengthen the role of leaders in leadership and direction; promote propaganda activities, raise awareness of cadres, civil servants and public employees, promote the combined strength of the entire political system and the role of the people as the main subject in implementing the new rural construction. Organize management and allocate resources to ensure appropriateness; strengthen inspection and supervision of the program's implementation results in the locality, thereby promptly removing difficulties and obstacles and proposing effective implementation solutions.
