The Politburo's inspection delegation worked with the Can Tho City Party Committee.

Kinhtedothi - On March 19, at the Can Tho City Party Committee, the meeting of Inspection Team No. 1915 of the Politburo took place to approve the inspection results report for the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee - Head of Inspection Team No. 1915 chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates listened to the draft report on the results of the inspection of the implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Politburo, Secretariat and opinions of a number of officials of Can Tho City.

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Van Nen, Head of the Inspection Delegation, spoke at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen - Politburo member, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Delegation evaluated the self-inspection report of the Can Tho Standing Committee and the draft report of the Inspection Delegation, fully and clearly reflecting the key points and key points requested by the Politburo and the Secretariat.

In which, clearly state the aspects that have been done, the parts that have not been done, state the causes, lessons, propose recommendations and solutions to overcome them in the coming time.

"The inspection shows that the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee, and relevant agencies have demonstrated a deep sense of awareness and responsibility in the process of leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of the Central's resolutions and directives," commented the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Regarding the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee suggested that it is necessary to be more drastic and proactive in streamlining the organizational apparatus, paying attention to science and technology and digital transformation. Special attention should be paid to policies for cadres affected by the streamlining of the apparatus.

The Inspection Team has fully accepted the recommendations and proposals of Can Tho City and will synthesize them in a report sent to the Politburo.

 

At the working session, Inspection Team No. 1915 reported the inspection results to the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee on the leadership, direction and implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on streamlining the apparatus of the political system, operating effectively and efficiently; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.
